Yes, ironically I had a guy ask me this yesterday. He explained it to me and I would give it to my mother. She has it everyday. It is something we need. This website is very misleading and how a lot of people trick other people by using terms that they don't understand. You need to make sure that you have more than one source for your information.
I don't feel this is imortant for the government to research.
