I have learned how to be a Mother. Being a mother is a lot like being a teacher and a student at the same time. The process is never ending and you are learning something new every day. Some things your children teach you and others you discover by talking to other parents, your child’s doctor, and reading and research. Selfishness is a character you give up to a point. Your desire becomes in taking care of your child and giving them a loving, safe, and nurturing environment. Scheduling is a skill that a parent becomes very good at. Learning how to make the most of every minute of your day is a key component. Working together with your spouse in communicating and working as a team to get to the same goal.
